• LOCATR — verified rental matchmaking app for the Philippines (locatr.hnscorpph.com)

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use our paid services. By using our services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our applications
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts without written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the security or availability of our services
• Impersonate another person or entity

All content on HNS PH Solutions websites and applications — including logos, product names, UI designs, and written content — is owned by HNS PH Solutions OPC and protected under Philippine intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Data you enter into our products (your business records, listings, health logs) remains your property. We do not claim ownership of your data.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, HNS PH Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Internet-dependent features require connectivity and may be affected by conditions outside our control.
